Ajoite Pendants
Penchant for precious or semi-precious stones will never cease; everyone seems to be enchanted by their color and obviously their value. Those stones that are highly in demand come from minerals taken beneath the earth's surface. But there is one mineral that is so rare that one may not heard of and that is Ajoite; it is a mineral included in the silicate class and is sold and known in the market as Ajoite pendant. This rare accessory is apt as a gift because aside from its elegance one may also benefit from its metaphysical properties.
It was first found at Ajo in Arizona and was later named after it; the Papago Indians should be commented for its discovery. Though found at Messina in 1947 it wasn't correctly identified until in 1960 another Ajoite was discovered and was correctly identified this time around. In 1991 the last discovery was done in Messina mine; no further acquisition takes place since it was closed down due to its unsafe condition. The possibility of opening the mine again seems unlikely to occur therefore possession of rare ajoite pendant is a great advantage for anyone since it is much prized by collectors.
Ajoite can be found having a blue green or light green color, its luster is dull therefore it could be translucent or transparent. Besides its physical attributes it also possessed methaphysical properties; it aids in releasing anger, fear and sorrow thus rendering emotional balance. One may acquire one along with snow quartz from various collectors who are dedicated in revealing it to the public.
Though not well known compare to other minerals Ajoite is still desirable because of its unique quality. And compare to other minerals that still abound Ajoite is quite rate; so if you want to complete your collection of valuable accessories this one should make it on the list. For someone you hold dear to your heart why not put on an Ajoite pendant around their neck to strengthen the bond between you and that special person.
